The bars in the Components column show how each broker earned its number; open any broker's page for the full breakdown and the exact data behind every point.
Where we hold no data for a component we mark it not rated and drop it from the calculation instead of scoring it zero, so no broker is marked down for a gap in our records. A broker we could assess on less than 60 of the 100 points is still listed, but below the ranked table rather than inside it — we do not have enough to compare it fairly.

Weigh regulation (prefer Tier-1 authorities), trading costs, platform support, and minimum deposit against your needs. Open a demo account before funding, and confirm a broker's licence number on the regulator's own public register.

- From five components worth a fixed share of 100: regulation and oversight (30), trader feedback (20), track record (20), platform coverage (15) and account accessibility (15). Every broker page shows its own breakdown and states exactly what each component was computed from.
- Why do some brokers show components as “not rated”?
- Because we hold no data for that component. We drop it from the calculation entirely instead of scoring it zero, so a broker is never marked down for a gap in our records. A broker we could not assess on at least 60 of the 100 points is still listed, but shown separately rather than ranked.
